RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

Jayla’s Unique Planet is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the purchased date.

Email Customer Care at  juniqueplanet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and may use any carrier of his/her choice, however, a tracking number must be provided in order to process and finalize the refund or exchange.

We inspect all returned items. The product must be in an unused condition without damage. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and taxes to its original form of payment.  

Damaged Items

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will cover shipping costs, and gladly exchange the product or issue a refund.

Sale items

All final sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. This includes all items in our “SALE” section.

30 Days too late?
